For a B2B software aimed at hoteliers, I used infographics to explain product features simply. It worked.

Project Description

Smartness is a new platform that brings together the well-known software Smartpricing with the new Smartconnect, Smartfree and Smartpms. A suite designed to revolutionize hospitality management in Italy and worldwide.

The goal of the project was to help hoteliers immediately understand the value and technological innovation of the product, even without familiarity with revenue management, while positioning the brand as a point of reference in the hospitality sector.

Starting from the logo designed in collaboration with creative agency Verve, I developed a visual identity able to communicate the brand’s evolution effectively on every front: to customers already familiar with Smartness software and to those discovering it for the first time. The strategic thread was to explain the tools’ features and concrete benefits clearly and intuitively. The chosen tool? A dynamic, beautiful, accessible and understandable visual identity.

The creative core of the work was the infographics: illustrations and visual summaries of complex concepts, designed to support descriptions and make them easier to understand. The same approach was applied to product visualization, translating software dashboards into simplified visual representations that offer a clear overview of the main features at a glance.

The project then extended to social communication, with ironic and engaging campaigns based on real-time marketing dynamics. Trade fair booths, brochures, lead-generation documents and pitch decks completed the work.
