Project Description

Smartpricing is revenue management and dynamic pricing software that uses artificial intelligence to optimize accommodation prices in real time, with the goal of maximizing every booking and increasing annual revenue by up to 30%. A powerful and innovative product — and making that promise visually credible and immediate was the design challenge.

I developed a clear and accessible visual identity, built on a coherent system of illustrations and infographics able to explain the software’s features and concrete benefits for hoteliers at a glance. The heart of the work was this: translating technologically complex concepts — algorithms, dynamic pricing, automation — into understandable visual forms without losing solidity or character.

The project extended to visual identity, advertising and social communication, with a tone able to move between institutional clarity and irony.

The work on Smartpricing’s visual identity strengthened the brand, making it more recognizable and coherent across communication, and certainly less fragmented.

From the monthly newsletter “The Elevator” to LinkedIn content and promotional materials that embraced the visual culture of the web: a solid visual system, able to adapt to every context without losing its thread.

Since 2024, Smartpricing has been recognized as one of Italy’s top 10 startups — a result that also reflects the strategic impact of a visual identity designed to position the brand as a reference point in the hospitality market.
